Helen & Douglas House is looking for a compassionate and motivated Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to join our team, caring for children and young people with complex medical needs. In this rewarding role, you’ll support daily living activities, assist with clinical tasks such as gastrostomy care (under supervision), and provide emotional support to families, including during end-of-life care. You’ll work closely with nurses and the wider care team to deliver safe, dignified, and personalised care in a warm hospice environment.

You will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, a Nursery Nurse qualification, or equivalent qualification and/or experience in a similar setting—such as a children’s hospice, paediatric ward, or working with children with complex health needs.
